A strength and conditioning coach is a physical performance professional and motivator who uses exercise prescription to improve human performance at any age. This is achieved through a combination of strength training and aerobic/anaerobic conditioning specific to ones needs. A coach also leads by example, communicates at a high level, helps lay out goals, attaches timelines, is a constant lifeline while helping the client hit their goals!
