I am someone who grew up playing sports and was a college football player. I was hard on my body and working through my past injuries is something I need to work on day after day to be my best self. “Working with Ray was an amazing experience. When we first met I was not looking or feeling my best. I was new to New York, working long hours and eating out four to five nights a week with clients, colleagues and friends. My lifestyle had greatly changed, found myself making excuses for not exercising and was in need of serious help!
The first thing Ray taught me was “food is medicine”, that a healthy lifestyle was attainable and that I could get my health back regardless of my busy work schedule.
He educated me on nutrition, helped me make better food choices and held me accountable which was key. Ray not only taught me how and what to order while dining out, he also taught me the importance of Whole Foods, what to stay away from and the combination of foods that work best together when cooking at home for myself.
